After a day of not eating, I spent last night stuffing my face with a five guys burger and fries and 5 Coors Lights. Today I am back on track food-wise but not feeling up to doing much else. I did hit the gym for 40 minutes on the bike. Still pretty shaken up and it has definitely affected me.
