Working overtime really wrecks my workouts but only because I allow it to do so. Plus my best friend Ness wanted to take me to dinner. Love birthday dinners! I was nice and hung over.
brunch Cheddar cheese omelet, hashbrowns and turkey bacon with orange juice
snack yogurt
dinner Ruby Tuesday's shrimp appetizer with the all you can eat salad bar. Usually, I love their salad bar but it was horrible- the food was less than appealing. Which was probably good.
dessert Bruesters mint oreo icecream- only one scoop. Yay me!
No workout. But I have officially lost and kept off (for one week!) 3 lbs.
