Day 11- January 14,2010

Not much to say here. Did the cardio workout- the countdown.


breakfast tomato and feta frittata

lunch I attempted to make a Pita Pit style sandwich and failed epically. Talk about the messiest thing I have ever attempted to eat. They must have a secret and I will learn it eventually. Anyway, pita with turkey, tomato, lettuce, mayo and cheddar cheese


dinner Panera bread- delicious. I got the Chopped BBQ salad. 500 calories, 22g of fat, 47 g of carbs, 31 g of protein packed into romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, tortilla chips, chicken, tomatoes with some amazing dressing and drizzled bbq sauce. It is amazing. I only at 3/4 of it so my totals are probably slightly off. But it is definitely filling!
