Day 29- February 2, 2010

Nothing exciting to report here- did a 5 am workout. Hottie was there but I missed him after my shower which was a bummer. Workout consisted of 30 minutes training on the treadmill on a random setting and 30 minutes on the elliptical on a manual setting of level 7. Weight loss is holding steady at 161. Might be at another plateau.

dinner some pasta dish my mom had at her house. No idea what was in it. Did not go for seconds though so that is good!
