I swear I'm alive (and have roughly 170 lbs of jiggly shit to prove it). I will commence blogging again tomorrow. But for now, I want to let you know I have run Monday and Tuesday of this week. Which this year is proving to be a record for me :)
How do you guys get back on the fitness train?

Run a race with a really speedy friend. Then proceed to go to lunch with speedy friend and you order a bacon cheeseburger and she orders a chicken wrap and tries to switch out the fries for fruit, cottage cheese or anything not fried. Makes you feel like a slug and lights a fire under your ass. lol. That's my story.
Promise yourself something really cool when you finish x number of runs/workouts. Get it done, treat yourself, repeat as needed.

I suck at advice. I usually just keep registering for races so then I force myself to run so that I'm ready to not come in last place!
Fruitfly, my grandmother passed away the second week of January. I'm just now getting caught up from being away for the funeral. Now that work seems semi under control, I figure blogging can come back and play.
